Hyrum City Code Title 2, Chapter 58 Access to Public Records was adopted by the Hyrum City Council on November 15, 2018 –

All records request must be submitted on Hyrum City’s GRAMA Request Form.

Requests for access to records shall be in writing, and be submitted by first class mail or hand delivered to the Hyrum City Recorder, or submitted electronically to hyrumrecordrequest@hyrumcity.com
