How to Obtain a Library Card

Hyrum City Library services are available free to residents of Hyrum, Nibley, and Wellsville. Residents of other surrounding areas in Cache Valley may obtain a family library card for an annual fee of $41.00. To obtain a library card you must provide proof of residence by showing the following:

• Drivers License
• City bill

Please fill out the Library Card Application and bring it to the library with you.
