In establishing and maintaining this official web site, the City does not intend to create a public forum or other means by which public discourse, exchange of opinions, or discussion on issues of any nature may occur.  Rather, the sole and limited purpose of this web site and permitted external links is to provide information of a factual nature relating to Hyrum City Corporation.

Hyrum City Corporation is not responsible for the content, quality, accuracy or completeness of any off-site materials referenced or linked through this web site.  By accessing the City’s web site, you acknowledge and accept that the City is not responsible for any materials stored on other web sites, nor is it liable for any inaccurate, defamatory, offensive or illegal materials found on other web sites, and that you assume the risk of injury or damage from viewing, hearing, downloading or storing any such external materials.   Refund Policy Customer agrees to be bound by the rules, regulations, resolutions. or ordinances enacted or adopted by the governing body applicable to the city’s utility systems. It is understood that the city may, but need not, apply the deposit upon bills for prior services and that the right of the city to shut off service as above provided shall exist even through the deposit has not been applied to the payment of past due bills for services. On final settlement of customer’s account, any unused balance of the deposit will be refunded to customer upon return of the security deposit receipt issued by the city at the time the deposit is made. The deposit shall not be considered as an advance payment for any service. Charges and unpaid accounts shall be considered delinquent notwithstanding the existence of the deposit, and the customer shall not have the right to compel the city to apply the deposit to any account to avoid delinquency.
